For safety and hygiene reasons, we only accept returns on unused, unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Custom-ordered jerseys and sharpened skates are final sale.

Can I get my skates sharpened before they are shipped?
Absolutely. We offer a professional sharpening service for an additional fee. Please select your preferred hollow depth on the product page before adding the skates to your cart.
How long does it take for custom team jerseys to ship?
Customized team orders typically require 10-14 business days for production before they are dispatched. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
