Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back and print your prepaid shipping label.
Prepare the Package
Place your unused, unworn hockey gear in its original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring that equipment like skates or helmets are securely padded.
Ship It Back
Affix the return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking receipt for reference.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the equipment to verify its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
